Speaker Bio
Ming helps hyper-achievers get off the hamster wheel and forge their own path. She works with women and other marginalized communities who are stuck in the margins of the workplace, at a crossroads, and are looking to make sharp pivots in their lives. As a coach her focus is largely driven by her own lived experiences as an AAPI woman in tech and the lack of support for women leaders in the workplace.
She is passionate about championing your strengths and fighting systems of oppression in creative and humorous ways. She spent 20+ years in tech working in Relationship Management, S&O, Business Development and Global Product Partnerships. She has led teams at Akamai and Twitter and taken startups to acquisition 3x. What she loves about her experience is building strong, trusted relationships and human connection with clients, partners, and teams. She now brings that ethos into her coaching.
